Mouse interleukin-10 (IL-10) is an 18 kDa anti-inflammatory cytokine that targets the IL-10 receptor complex on macrophages, dendritic cells and T cells, triggering STAT3 phosphorylation to suppress pro-inflammatory cytokine release. Its compact four-helix bundle presents a unique, species-restricted epitope ideal for antibody generation; anti-IL-10 immunoreagents enable direct quantification of secreted and intracellular protein in serum, supernatants and fixed tissues without cross-reacting with other interleukins, providing a precise read-out of immune-regulatory activity.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
