Mouse interferon gamma (IFN-γ) is a 15.6 kDa homodimeric cytokine that binds IFN-γ receptor complexes on macrophages, T-cells and NK cells, triggering JAK-STAT1 phosphorylation to activate antimicrobial and immunomodulatory genes. Its six α-helix bundle presents a unique, species-restricted epitope ideal for antibody generation; anti-IFN-γ immunoreagents enable direct measurement of secreted and intracellular protein in serum, supernatants and fixed sections without cross-reacting with other interleukins, providing a precise read-out for Th1-driven immune responses.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
