Mouse interleukin-3 (IL-3) is a 15 kDa four-helix-bundle cytokine that targets the IL-3 receptor complex (IL-3Rα plus β-common chain) on hematopoietic progenitors, driving survival, proliferation and differentiation of myeloid and mast-cell lineages. Its compact bundle surface presents a unique, species-restricted epitope ideal for antibody generation; anti-IL-3 immunoreagents enable quantification of secreted and intracellular protein in bone-marrow supernatants, serum and fixed sections without cross-reacting with GM-CSF or IL-5, providing a precise read-out of early hematopoietic stimulation.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
