Target Information

Bovine TNF Receptor-Associated Factor 6 is encoded by the TRAF6 gene in cattle. TRAF6 is a member of the TNF receptor-associated factor (TRAF) protein family. It mediates signal transduction from members of the TNF receptor superfamily. It has been reported that bta-miR-146a acts as a negative feedback regulator of bovine inflammation and innate immunity through downregulation of the TLR4/TRAF6/NF-κB pathway.
