Target Information
Apolipoprotein H (Apo-H), also known as β2-glycoprotein 1 or beta-2 glycoprotein 1, is a multifunctional plasma protein. Within the structure of Apo-H, there is a stretch of positively charged amino acids involved in phospholipid binding. These interactions play a role in its multifunctionality. Bovine Apolipoprotein H is encoded by the APOH gene in cattle. It is an immune response-related protein in cattle.
