Target Information

Inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain H4 (ITIH4) is a protein belonging to the inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor (ITI) family. It is one of the heavy chains of proteins within the ITI family. These proteins have been linked to inflammation and carcinogenesis. ITIH4 is a positive acute-phase protein. The effects of ITIH4 were found to be mediated by peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) signaling pathways.

Target/Biomarker Porcine MAP
Target Synonym Inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain H4; ITI heavy chain H4; Inter-alpha-inhibitor heavy chain 4; ITIH4; IHRP
