Target Information

Mouse Interleukin-10 Receptor Alpha (IL-10RA) is the ligand-binding subunit of the IL-10 receptor complex. Expressed on hematopoietic and epithelial cells, it initiates anti-inflammatory signaling via JAK1/STAT3 upon IL-10 binding, limiting cytokine release and tissue damage. IL-10RA is constitutively present yet inducible during infection, serving as a reliable marker for IL-10 responsiveness. Antibodies to IL-10RA enable specific detection and functional analysis of this receptor in mouse inflammation and immune resolution models.
