Target Information

R-spondin 1 is encoded by the RSPO1 gene in dogs. The domain structure of RSPO proteins is highly conserved, including a signal peptide domain, two furin domains, a thrombospondin (TSP-1) domain, and a nuclear localization domain, encoded by exons 1-5, respectively.
