Mouse Apolipoprotein H (Apoh), also known as beta-2-glycoprotein 1, is a plasma protein that belongs to the albumin superfamily and plays diverse roles in coagulation, lipid metabolism, and immune responses. Apoh acts as a cofactor for the anticoagulant protein C pathway, enhancing the inactivation of factor Va and VIIIa. It also binds to phospholipids and is involved in the recognition and clearance of apoptotic cells.
