Target Information
Mouse thrombopoietin receptor (TPO-R, CD110) is the homodimeric trans-membrane glycoprotein that specifically binds thrombopoietin to drive megakaryocyte survival, proliferation and platelet release. Constitutively expressed on hematopoietic progenitors, megakaryocytes and platelets, it signals through JAK2/STAT5, MAPK and PI3K pathways to regulate platelet mass and stem-cell quiescence. Its detection provides a faithful marker for thrombopoiesis studies in bone-marrow, spleen and peripheral blood of mouse models.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
