Mouse Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 3 Beta (MIP3b) ELISA Kit-Sandwich

C-C motif chemokine 19, also known as Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 3 Beta (MIP-3β), is highly chemotactic for naive CD4 T-cells and CD8 T-cells, and slightly attractive for resting B-cells and memory CD4 T-cells. It likely facilitates interactions between recirculating T-cells and dendritic cells and supports the migration of activated B-cells into the T-zone of secondary lymphoid tissues. In mice, MIP3β functions primarily as a chemokine, regulating the migration and activation of immune cells through its interaction with the CCR7 receptor. This C-type chemokine is predominantly expressed in lymphoid tissues, including lymph nodes, spleen, and tonsils. MIP3β is able to attract specific immune cells, such as memory T cells and certain dendritic cell types, aiding their movement to inflammation or infection sites.
