Target Information

RPL13 (Ribosomal Protein L13) is a protein-coding gene that plays essential roles in cellular processes. Bovine 60S Ribosomal Protein L13 is encoded by the RPL13 gene in cattle. RPL13 shows cytoplasmic expression in most tissues. It is found in various organs, including the brain, heart, liver, kidney, and more. Its expression is not highly tissue-specific. It was found to be the most suitable reference gene in the liver of chicken.
