Target Information
Coagulation Factor VII (FVII), also known as proaccelerin or labile factor, is a protein involved in the blood clotting process within the coagulation cascade. Bovine Coagulation Factor VII is encoded by the F7 gene in cattle. It is a glycoprotein containing a single peptide chain. Unlike prothrombin, Factor IX, and Factor X, bovine Factor VII is rapidly inhibited by diisopropylphosphorofluoridate (iPr2PF).
