Target Information

C-C motif chemokine ligand 19 is encoded by the CCL19 gene in cattle. Research showed that the expression of inflammation-related genes, including CCL19 found in the cytokine-cytokine receptor pathway were up-regulated in the high-concentrate feeding-fed cows, indicating local inflammation in the rumen epithelium was triggered.

Target/Biomarker Bovine CCL19
Target Synonym C-C motif chemokine ligand 19; C-C motif chemokine 19; small inducible cytokine A19
Gene ID 509167
UniProt ID Q3ZBN3
