Target Information
Heat Shock Protein 70 (HSP70) is one of the most highly conserved and strongly heat-inducible Hsps found in eukaryotic cells. It serves as a molecular chaperone and plays a significant role in protecting cells against various cellular stressors including heat, hypoxia, ultraviolet irradiation, oxidative stress. Research has shown that Hsp70 levels in pigs during transportation may be regulated by factors other than changes in HSF-1 expression.
