Mouse Pulmonary Surfactant-Associated Protein A1 (SP-A1) ELISA Kit-Sandwich

The role of pulmonary surfactant protein A1 (SP-A1) in mice can be examined from several angles. Additionally, SP-A1 helps inhibit bacterial infections by modulating inflammatory responses. It is also vital for pulmonary surfactant function, as SP-A1 binds to calcium ions to enhance the surface activity of lipid-extracted surfactants, thereby reducing alveolar surface tension and preventing alveolar collapse.
