Mouse CD226 Antigen, or CD226, is an antigen expressed on immune cells, involved in cell adhesion and signaling. In mouse studies, CD226 is explored for its roles in immune cell interactions and immune responses. CD226 belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and can interact with several ligands, including nectin-2 and TSLP receptor complex. This molecule provides costimulatory signals that enhance the activation and effector functions of T cells and natural killer cells.
