Mouse CD166 Antigen (Alcam) is a cell adhesion molecule that mediates heterotypic and homotypic cell interactions, promoting T cell activation, immune synapse formation, and dendritic cell attachment in mice. Alcam is expressed in various mouse tissues, including the brain, lung, and spleen, and its abnormal expression is associated with certain diseases. Alcam has also been identified as a prognostic marker in various tumors.

User Note
