Target Information
Swine granzyme M in is a serine protease that is part of the granzyme family, which plays a critical role in the immune response, particularly in the context of natural killer (NK) cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes. It is involved in the direct, non-specific cell death of target cells, contributing to the elimination of infected or damaged cells. Granzyme M has also been shown to mediate the release of certain chemokines, which can recruit immune cells to sites of infection or inflammation.
