Mouse Serine/Arginine Rich Splicing Factor 3 (SRSF3) ELISA Kit-Sandwich

Serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 3, encoded by the Srsf3 gene in mice, is a splicing factor that binds to the consensus motif 5'-C[ACU][AU]C[ACU][AC]C-3' within pre-mRNA, promoting the inclusion of specific exons during alternative splicing. Its interaction with YTHDC1, an RNA-binding protein that recognizes and binds to N6-methyladenosine (m6A)-containing RNAs, facilitates the recruitment of SRSF3 to its mRNA-binding elements adjacent to m6A sites within exons. SRSF3 has a wide range of functions in mice, involving embryonic development, hepatocyte differentiation and metabolism, tumorigenesis, transcriptome integrity, neural development, anti-aging, and gene expression regulation. Its dysfunction may lead to the occurrence of a variety of diseases, including cancer, liver disease, and developmental abnormalities.
