Target Information

WNT signaling is crucial for normal tissue development during embryogenesis and maintaining tissue function in adulthood. The R-spondins (RSPOs) are a group of secreted proteins that enhance WNT/β-catenin signaling. R-spondin 2 works in synergy with canonical WNT to activate beta-catenin and is encoded by the RSPO2 gene in ducks.
