Target Information

Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) is a type of vitamin K found in plants, especially in leafy green vegetables like spinach and kale. It is a fat-soluble vitamin that is naturally present in some foods and is available as a dietary supplement. It is essential for blood clotting and bone health. Research has shown that, laying hens fed diet containing vitamin K1 (10-100 ppm) can produce vitamin K rich eggs.
