Target Information

S1PR1 is a G-protein-coupled receptor that binds the bioactive signaling molecule sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P). It plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including: cell proliferation, angiogenesis, cell migration, cytoskeleton, organization, endothelial cell chemotaxis, immune cell trafficking, and mitogenesis. Bovine Sphingosine 1-Phosphate Receptor 1 is encoded by the S1PR1 gene in cattle. Activation of S1PR1 plays a key role in repairing endothelial barrier function.

Target/Biomarker Bovine S1PR1
