Mouse Granulocyte Chemotactic Protein 2 (GCP2) ELISA Kit-Sandwich

GCP-2 significantly promotes neutrophil migration by binding to its receptors, CXCR1 and CXCR2. Research indicates that GCP-2 demonstrates strong chemotactic activity for neutrophils both in vitro and in vivo, surpassing even IL-8, a well-known potent neutrophil chemoattractant, in effectiveness. Moreover, shorter forms of GCP-2, such as 9-78, induce neutrophil chemotaxis and activation more efficiently than the full-length form.
