Target Information

The D(1A) dopamine receptor, also known as the dopamine receptor D1 (DRD1), is a protein that plays a crucial role in the central nervous system. D(1A) dopamine receptor is encoded by the DRD1 gene in pigs. DRD1 has been implicated in the progression of several cancers. It may serve as a novel biomarker for the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and as a therapeutic target for the treatment of HCC.
