Target Information

Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 8 is encoded by the CCL8 gene in cattle. CCL8 is produced by monocytes and macrophages, and mainly acts through its receptors (CCR1, CCR2 and CCR3) on monocytes, eosinophils and T lymphocytes.
