Target Information

Mesothelin, also known as MSLN or MPF, is a protein encoded by the MSLN gene. Mesothelin is a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol-anchored cell surface protein that can function as a cell adhesion protein. Using RT-PCR, chicken ovarian cancer (COVCAR) cells were found to express mesothelin.
