Target Information

C-X3-C motif chemokine ligand 1, also known as fractalkine, is encoded by the CX3CL1 gene in chickens. Transcriptomic analysis of the hypothalamus of stressed broilers showed that inhibition of COX-2 activity significantly down-regulated the expression of the CX3CL1.
