CD47 (Cluster of Differentiation 47) also known as integrin associated protein (IAP) is a transmembrane protein. CD47 molecule is encoded by the CD47 gene in dogs. The CD47/SIRPα axis is an immune checkpoint that limits the macrophage response to tumor-specific antibodies.
