Rat SP100 is a nuclear scaffold protein with conserved protein-protein interaction domains that maintain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It concentrates within distinct nuclear punctate structures in most nucleated somatic cell populations. Its chromatin-associated nuclear localization and immunogenic structural features separate it from cell-surface transmembrane receptors, soluble circulating signaling factors and cytoplasmic adaptor proteins with streamlined single-domain assemblies and static single-compartment subcellular localization profiles.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
