Target Information
Mouse COA1 is a cytoplasmic antigen protein with conserved protein interaction domains that sustain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It shows enriched expression in ovarian cell populations and assembles multiprotein complexes within intracellular cytoplasmic compartments. Its multi-domain cytosolic structural framework and ovary-biased distribution differentiate it from secreted signaling cytokines, transmembrane cell surface receptors and nuclear transcription factors with simplified single-domain assemblies widely expressed across non-gonadal somatic cell subgroups.
