Mouse Interleukin 34 (IL34) ELISA Kit-Sandwich

Interleukin-34 is a cytokine that facilitates the growth, survival, and differentiation of monocytes and macrophages. It fosters the release of pro-inflammatory chemokines, thus playing a critical role in innate immunity and inflammatory processes. Additionally, it is essential in regulating the proliferation and differentiation of osteoclasts and in managing bone resorption. In mice, the functions of IL-34 primarily involve immune regulation, inflammatory response, and tissue repair. As the second ligand for the macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor (M-CSFR, also known as CSF-1R), IL-34 carries out functions similar to M-CSF, regulating the differentiation, proliferation, and survival of monocytes, macrophages, and bone marrow stem cells through M-CSFR binding. Furthermore, IL-34 also operates through another receptor, the proteoglycanase receptor (PTPRZ-ζ), suggesting it may influence cell function via multiple signaling pathways.
