Target Information

Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a phospholipid and a component of the cell membrane. PS is a fundamental part of cell membranes. It covers and protects brain cells, aiding their integrity and function. It plays a key role in cell cycle signaling, particularly as it relates to apoptosis. In chicks, isolation-induced stress behavior are attenuated by PS, acting partially through the M-AChR.
