Target Information

IL-17, an inflammatory cytokine primarily produced by the CD4 T cell line, plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of various autoimmune diseases. In both in vivo and in vitro experiments conducted on chickens, Luteolin (Lut) effectively suppressed the upregulation of key proteins such as IL-17A, TRAF6, p-p65, and p-IkBα within the IL-17/NF-kB pathway.
