Target Information

Epinephrine is a hormone and neurotransmitter secreted by the adrenal medulla. It is also a drug used in the treatment of many diseases. Epinephrine had immunomodulatory effects on LPS-stimulated TNF-α and IL-10 production in blood from healthy dogs in the in vitro model of sepsis.
