Target Information

SRSF2, also known as Serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 2, is a protein-coding gene. It belongs to the serine/arginine (SR)-rich family of pre-mRNA splicing factors, which are essential components of the spliceosome. Bovine Serine/Arginine-Rich Splicing Factor 2 is encoded by the SRSF2 gene in cattle. It functions as a splicing factor. This protein is found in many different types of mammalian cells and is involved in various processes, including regulating genomic stability, gene transcription, mRNA stability, and translation.

Target/Biomarker Bovine SRSF2
Target Synonym serine and arginine rich splicing factor 2; SFRS2; serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 2; SC-35; splicing component, 35 kDa; splicing factor SC35; splicing factor, arginine/serine-rich 2
