Target Information

The Endothelin B receptor (ETB receptor) is a member of the endothelin receptor group of G-protein-coupled receptors. ETB receptors are primarily found in vascular endothelial cells. They play roles in vasoconstriction, vasodilation, and cell proliferation. Bovine Endothelin B Receptor is encoded by the EDNRB gene in cattle. Some alleles of Ednrb are associated with more severe defects, such as deafness and aganglionic megacolon.

Target/Biomarker Bovine EDNRB
Target Synonym endothelin receptor type B; ET-B; ET-BR; endothelin B receptor; endothelin receptor non-selective type
