Target Information

Immunoglobulin D (IgD) is an antibody isotype that constitutes approximately 1% of proteins in the plasma membranes of immature B-lymphocytes, generally co-expressed with IgM, another cell surface antibody. Additionally, IgD is secreted in a form present in minimal quantities in blood serum, making up just 0.25% of the immunoglobulins found in serum.
