Target Information

Mouse Lymphotoxin-alpha (Lta) is a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily involved in immune regulation and inflammation. It plays a critical role in lymphoid organ development and immune cell activation. Lta induces apoptosis in target cells, participates in antitumor immunity, and regulates autoimmune diseases. Research indicates that Lta is linked to the development of inflammatory diseases and tumors, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions.
