Target Information

Equine creatine kinase (CKM) is a key enzyme in the energy metabolism of horse muscle cells. It facilitates the regeneration of ATP from phosphocreatine during periods of high-energy demand, such as sprinting or galloping. CKM is also a critical biomarker in veterinary diagnostics for muscle injury, inflammation, and disease assessment in equine athletes.
