Target Information

LIFR, also known as CD118 (differentiation cluster 118), is a subunit of the leukemia inhibitory factor receptor. LIF is a multifunctional cytokine that affects the differentiation, survival, and proliferation of a variety of cells in the adult and embryo. Research showed that there was a time-dependent correlation between the changes in expression of LIF/LIFR and the developmental process of primordial follicles in chickens.

User Note

  1. Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Avoid mixing by vortexing or pipetting. Reconstitute in sterile ultrapure water not less than 100 µg/mL. Aliquote the reconstituted solution to minimise freeze-thaw cycles.
