Rat TGFA is a conserved single-pass transmembrane glycoprotein with a typical growth factor domain structure. It can be proteolytically shed to generate a soluble form present in extracellular spaces. This protein maintains stable molecular folding and structural integrity under physiological conditions. Its dual membrane-bound and soluble existence and conserved epidermal growth factor-like fold clearly separate it from cytosolic, nuclear and matrix-resident protein families.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
