Target Information

Bovine CSF3 is a secreted hematopoietic cytokine with conserved four-helix bundle domains that maintain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It is synthesized by stromal, endothelial and immune cell subsets across lymphoid and peripheral tissues. Its soluble secreted ligand architecture and hematopoietic regulatory characteristics separate it from membrane-bound receptor proteins, cytoplasmic scaffolding adaptors and chromatin-associated nuclear transcriptional regulators with simplified single-domain assemblies and widespread expression in non-hematopoietic cell populations.
