Rat RNLS is a secreted flavoprotein oxidase with conserved catalytic and cofactor-binding domains that sustain stable molecular conformation under physiological conditions. It is synthesized and released into circulation mainly by renal tubular cell populations, alongside cardiac and vascular tissues. Its soluble circulating enzymatic structure and organ-specific expression differentiate it from membrane-bound receptors, cytoplasmic scaffolding adaptors and intranuclear transcriptional regulators with streamlined single-domain assemblies and static single-compartment subcellular localization profiles.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
