Target Information
Rat Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) is a protein belonging to the TGF-β superfamily. It is produced by Sertoli cells in the testes and granulosa cells in the ovaries. AMH plays a critical role in sexual differentiation by inhibiting the development of Müllerian ducts in males. In females, it regulates follicle development and serves as a marker of ovarian reserve. AMH also participates in bone metabolism and immune regulation, contributing to overall reproductive and metabolic health.
