Mouse Cytokine Receptor Like Factor 1 (CRLF1) ELISA Kit-Sandwich

Cytokine receptor-like factor 1, in conjunction with CLCF1, forms a heterodimeric neurotropic cytokine that is vital for neuronal development. It aids in the initiation and/or maintenance of suckling in neonatal mice and may also have a regulatory function within the immune system. Studies have shown that CRLF1 exerts a myeloid-biased hematopoietic stimulatory effect in mice, significantly increasing the number and frequency of circulating myeloid cells in the bone marrow, including CD11b+ cells. In the context of liver fibrosis research, CRLF1 is highly expressed in activated hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) and is positively correlated with the extent of fibrosis. Overexpressing CRLF1 can inhibit the differentiation of HSCs into myofibroblasts and reduce the expression of type III collagen.
