Target Information

Matrix metallopeptidase 12 is encoded by the MMP12 gene in dogs. A previous study revealed that the mRNA expressions of matrix metalloproteinase 7 (MMP7), MMP9, MMP12, and MMP13 were significantly upregulated in canine invasive urothelial carcinoma.
