Target Information
Coronin-1A is a protein encoded by the CORO1A gene. It has been implicated in both T-cell mediated immunity and mitochondrial apoptosis. It plays a key role during T lymphocyte activation, migration, survival, and calcium signaling. Bovine Coronin-1A is encoded by the CORO1A gene in cattle. CORO1A has diverse functions, including calcium homeostasis, cytoskeletal dynamics, and maintenance of immune cell diversity and function.
