Target Information

Bacillus mycoides is a bacterium within the Bacillus genus. Similar to other Bacillus species, B. mycoides is Gram-positive, rod-shaped, and forms spores. It is distinguished from several other Bacillus species by the unique morphology of the colonies it produces when grown on agar plates.
