Target Information
Mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 13C (TNFRSF13C), also known as BAFF-R, is a receptor for B cell-activating factor (BAFF). It plays a crucial role in B cell development, survival, and activation. TNFRSF13C is expressed on B cells and interacts with BAFF to promote B cell maturation and immune responses. Dysregulation of TNFRSF13C has been associated with autoimmune diseases and lymphoproliferative disorders. Targeting TNFRSF13C has been explored as a therapeutic approach in these conditions.
